I am a wife, the mother of two beautiful children, a supply teacher, an avid reader and an aspiring author. I have a passion for reading and writing.
My favourite books to read are YA novels as well as a good mystery. I also love paranormal books.
Some of my favourite authors are Alyson Noel, Kelley Armstrong, Dan Brown, Jodi Picoult, Stephanie Meyer, Cassandra Clare, Sophie Kinsella, and Cecily von Ziegesar. But the list doesn't end there. Show me a good book and I'll read it and give you my thoughts.
This blog is a place for me to express my views and opinions on some of my favourite and not so favourite books. Some leave me with a lot to say, while others, even if they are phenomenal, leave me with just a few words. Whether I have a lot to say or not, I still want to let you know about what I've read, in case you are interested in it too. My hopes for this blog is to share with you what I've read and give you a chance to decide for yourself whether you will pick up a copy of that book or not, based on my synopsis and thoughts. I hope to inspire people to read and to even explore books outside of their comfort zone. There have been many times I've picked up a book thinking this isn't really my genre, yet with each turn of the page I'm pulled deeper and deeper into the story.
